MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes 1 can cream chicken soup 1 can Ranch style beans 1 1/2 lb. hamburger (beef or turkey) 1 med. onion 1 lg. pkg. tortilla chips 1/2 lb. grated American cheese 2 tbsp. chili powder Fry hamburger, onion, and chili powder; drain well. Mix into skillet beans, soup (not diluted), and tomatoes. Layer chips, cheese, and above mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts, about 20 minutes. |
