FROZEN LEMON PIE 
1 sm. pkg. vanilla wafers
3 eggs
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. cream, whipped
4-6 tbsp. lemon juice

Separate eggs. Beat whites until very light. Then add sugar, continuing to beat. Add yolks, one at a time, and beat thoroughly. Stir in juice. Combine cream, beaten until stiff. Butter freezing tray and line with vanilla crumbs. Pour in lemon mixture and cover with remaining crumbs. Freeze.
