CORN CASSEROLE 
1 egg
1 (15 oz.) can cream style corn
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1/2 med. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. Velveeta, cut in chunks

1. Preheat 350 degrees.

2. Mix all ingredients into large casserole dish.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

4. Serve hot. 8 to 10 servings.
