CHEESE DIP 
2 cans sliced Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. sausage (hot)
1 lb. ground beef
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese

Brown beef and sausage. Drain, set aside. Drain tomatoes and put in crock pot. Cut cheese into chunks and melt in microwave or over low heat. Add melted cheese to tomato and soup mixture; add ground beef and sausage to mixture. Stir well. Keep warm in crock pot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
