BROWN RICE AND PEAS 
1 c. brown rice
2 c. chicken broth
1 pkg. frozen peas
5 roasted peppers

Cook 1 cup brown rice in 2 cups clear chicken broth for approximately 20-25 minutes. Add frozen peas (1 package) to rice about 5 minutes before its done. Chop roasted peppers and add to rice prior to serving.
