PORK BARBEQUE 
2 tsp. oil
2/3 cup broth
1/3 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup chopped celery
5 tsps. vinegar
1 cup catsup
1/2 tsp. salt
5 1/2 cups cooked diced pork
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 cup chopped onion

Combine oil, vinegar, broth, catsup, sugar, vegetables and seasonings. Cook for 10 minutes. Add meat; simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve on buns.
