There's nothing like this fruit trio ham topping for dressing up a canned ham. Hams from a can are fully cooked and just need to be heated through in a 300 degree oven.

FRUIT TRIO HAM TOPPING:

1 ripe banana, mashed
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple drained
2 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tbsp. flour
Whole cloves

Combine banana, pineapple, orange juice and flour. Spread over top of hot, baked ham. Stud with whole cloves. Return to oven and bake about 20 minutes longer. Makes about 1 cup topping.
