POTATO-MELT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
2 lbs. thawed hash browns
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bunch green onions, chopped

Melt cheese and butter in saucepan. Mix all ingredients in a large baking dish - stir well. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until it bubbles.
