CRUNCHY BEEF BAKE | |
2 c. uncooked corkscrew macaroni 2 med. onions, chopped 1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes 1/2 c. green pepper (or to taste) 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1 lb. ground beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 can French fried onions Cook macaroni. Brown meat and onions, pour off fat. Combine all ingredients except French fried onions. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover, stir and top with onions. Bake for 5 more minutes. Watch as onions burn easily. |
