GOLDEN CAULIFLOWER 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, thawed
Salt and pepper
1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
4 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled

Place cauliflower in crock pot. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon Cheddar cheese soup over top. Sprinkle with bacon. Cover and cook on high setting for 1 1/2 hours, then turn to low setting for 2 hours (or cook on low setting only for 4 to 5 hours.) 4 to 6 servings; about 2 quarts.
