FRIED RICE 
1 pkg. Bob Evans sausage with sage
2 eggs
2 c. fresh bean sprouts
1 lg. can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. celery, cooked
4 c. cold leftover rice
4 green onions, chopped
Soy sauce (to taste)

Brown and drain sausage. Beat eggs in bowl, add to sausage and scramble. Add all other ingredients, heat slightly.
