MEXICAN CHILLI BEANS | |
2 lb. hamburger 1 large onion 2 cans kidney beans (red; 15 oz.) 4 cans pinto beans (15 oz.) 2 cans stewed tomatoes (15 oz.) 2 large cans tomato sauce 1 can of water 2 large containers Pace picante sauce (8 oz.; 1 mild, 1 medium) Brown hamburger meat with onions. Cook until done. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain off grease. Add all other ingredients, then let simmer for 30 minutes. Great with bread. |
