EASY MEXICAN BEAN DIP 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 cans chili with beans
small onion, chopped
sliced jalapeno, chopped (the more, the spicier)
12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Spread cream cheese on bottom of pan. Heat chili and spread on top of cream cheese. Spread onion and jalapenos next. Add cheese. Cook at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubble. Serve with tortilla chips.
