BREAK - AWAY BREAD 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 c. Crisco
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
6 c. bread flour
1 stick butter

Dissolve yeast in warm water. In a large bowl pour boiling water over Crisco, stirring until dissolved. Add this mixture to dissolved yeast mixture. Add the rest of your ingredients. Let rise in warm place overnight.

Roll out into about 1/4-inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter. Dip each biscuit in melted butter and layer them in a greased pan until about half full. Let rise 2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
