BREAK - AWAY BREAD 
Dissolve 2 packages yeast in 1 cup warm water. Set aside.

STEP 2:

In a large bowl, dissolve 1 cup shortening in 1 cup boiling water. Cool slightly.

STEP 3:

Mix to dissolve shortening mixture, add yeast: 2 beaten eggs 1 1/2 tsp. salt

STEP 4:

Add 6 cups all-purpose flour, mixing well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Roll dough 1/2 to 1 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter and dip into melted butter coating all sides. Layer in a bundt pan making 2 rows. Let rise for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. This dough will keep several days in the refrigerator.
