BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch fresh broccoli, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, grated
1 (8 oz.) carton fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 (3 oz.) jar bacon bits
Salt & pepper to taste
2/3 c. green olives, chopped (opt.)

Cut broccoli tops and stalks into small cubes. Add onion, eggs, bacon bits and mushrooms. Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice with sugar, salt and pepper. Toss with broccoli mixture just before serving.
