JEANE'S HOMEMADE IRISH CREAM 
1 cup Irish whiskey (250ml)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. Hershey's chocolate syrup
2 tsp. coconut extract
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coffee flavoring

Beat eggs. Add whiskey, chocolate syrup, coconut and vanilla. Beat well for 2 minutes. Add coffee flavoring and milk. Mix until well blended and creamy. Keep in refrigerator.
