CABBAGE SLAW 
1 head cabbage, sliced & chopped
1 sm. onion, diced
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
1 sm. can Chinese noodles
1 heaping c. cashew nuts

Pour liquid over cabbage and onion, then refrigerate at least overnight. Before serving drain off extra juice and add Chinese noodles and cashew nuts.
