APPLE GINGER ALE SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
2/3 c. boiling water
3/4 c. ginger ale
1 1/2 c. thick applesauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
1/4 tsp. salt

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Cool slightly; add other ingredients. Turn into mold and chill until firm. 4 servings.
