LEMON COCONUT SQUARES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
Pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients and pat down into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

FILLING:

2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. lemon rind
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts

Beat eggs and add sugar and lemon rind. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt and add to egg-sugar mixture. Stir well. Fold coconut and walnuts into mixture. Spread on top of crust. Continue baking at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix well and drizzle warm bars. Cut into squares.
