"HASH BROWN CASSEROLE" 
2 lbs. defrosted hashbrowns
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. milk
2 c. cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) (1 c.) sour cream

Mix well. Can let sit overnight before baking (refrigerate). Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
1 sm. can flaked ham (optional)
1 can chicken or tuna (optional)

Add Corn Flakes before baking. Add optional ingredients.
