TEXAS CHICKEN 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts (boned, skinned & cut into strips)
1 tbsp. salt, pepper, paprika (combined)
1 can ranch-style beans
1 sm. can chopped black olives
1 can Rotel (or other) tomatoes and chilies
Chicken bouillon cube or granules

Sprinkle chicken with spices and brown in small amount of olive oil. Add onion. Drain chicken and onions then put in casserole dish. Add olives, Rotel (tomatoes and chilies), beans and bouillon. Cook in microwave about 10 minutes on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
