SWISS CORN BAKE 
2 c. drain canned corn
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. soft bread crumbs
Dash of pepper

Combine corn, evaporated milk, 3/4 cup of cheese, eggs, onion and pepper. Place in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Toss bread crumbs with the melted butter and remaining 1/4 cup of cheese.

Sprinkle over corn mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
