PORK BARBECUES 
1 Boston butt pork roast
Salt and pepper to taste, water
1 1/4 c. ground cabbage
1/4 c. ground onion
1/2 pt. sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. tomato catsup
1/4 c. mustard
1/8 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 to 1/4 jar of horseradish

Place roast, salt, pepper and water in crockpot. Cook on low setting until meat is tender, falling apart.

SAUCE: Mix all remaining ingredients, store in a covered dish and refrigerate at least 13 hours. To serve, e heat sauce just until its warmed through and spoon over hot meat. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
