SLUSH CAKE 
CRUST:

1 stick butter (melt in 9 x 13 pan)
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix flour and nuts in butter and pat evenly in bottom of pan. Bake approximately 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

12 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 boxes instant pudding (mix each box with 1 3/4 cup milk)
3 1/2 c. milk

Mix softened cream cheese, sugar and 1/4 Cool Whip. Put on top of cooled crust.

Prepare one pudding and pour evenly over above mixture. Prepare second pudding and pour evenly over first pudding. Frost with remainder of Cool Whip.
