DUTCH APPLE PIE 
6 lg. apples, sliced thin
1 graham cracker crust
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Dash of salt

CRUMB TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. firm butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix apples, sugar, spices, and flour together. Turn in graham cracker crust. Make crumb topping and distribute evenly over apples. Bake approximately 50 minutes.
