2 lbs. ground beef
6 lg. potatoes
1 onion
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can tomato sauce
2 tomatoes
Lettuce
Taco sauce (hot or mild)

Bake 6 large potatoes. Brown hamburger meat and chopped onion. Drain well, add 1 can tomato sauce and simmer 5 minutes. Slit open potatoes and mash inside slightly with a fork. Add hamburger mixture. Put Cheddar cheese over top, return to oven just until cheese melts. You can add lettuce, tomatoes, taco sauce, anything you would put on a taco after you take the potato out of the oven.
