TACO POTATOES 
4 med. sized baking potatoes
1 pkg. taco flavoring mix
Grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion
Sour cream

Bake potatoes. Saute beef, breaking in small bits, with chopped onion until beef no longer pink and onion is tender. Mix in taco flavoring mix and small amount water to make smooth, thick sauce.

Open potatoes, spoon meat mixture on top. Top with grated cheese and dollop of sour cream. Serves 4. (I bake my potatoes in microwave so that the entire meal takes 15 to 20 minutes to prepare.) Serve with green salad and French bread.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
