1 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. nuts

Beat sugar, oil, eggs together - set aside. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.

Add to the sugar, oil, eggs and carrots. Mix thoroughly and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
