APPLE SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
2 lb. sauerkraut, rinsed & drained
3 peeled, sliced apples
1/4 c. raisins (optional)
1 lb. sweet sausage, cooked & drained
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. honey

Alternate layers of kraut, apple, sausage and raisins in an oiled casserole dish. Add water and drizzle with honey. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
