ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef lean
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
2/3-3/4 c. progresso Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2/3 c. grated Romano & Parmesan cheese (can be bought mixed)
2 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. sweet basil
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. sage
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. garlic powder (more if you like garlic)
1/4 c. minced onion if you like

Squish all ingredients together. Fry on medium heat until brown. Drain and add meatballs to your favorite sauce recipe. To cook meatballs through to middle cook in the sauce at least 2 hours.
