ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. ground pork
1 onion
Fresh parsley
1 egg
Italian flavored bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese

Chop onion in fine pieces and mix with ground chuck and pork. Add egg with minced parsley, bread crumbs and cheese until mixture holds together enough to form small balls.

Roll into balls and place on broiler pan. Put into oven at 325 degrees and turn frequently until all sides are browned. Add to a red spaghetti sauce and allow to simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. The meatballs will flavor the sauce.

May substitute ground veal for the pork or just use all beef. No cheese (obviously).
