ITALIAN SHRIMP WITH LINGUINI 
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, peeled
2 tbsp. minced garlic
Sm. jar sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. Chardonnay
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
3 tbsp. Mrs. Dash (No salt seasoning)
1 tbsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
Tabasco, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Green onion tops, chopped

Saute garlic and onion tops in butter. Add shrimp, pepper, Worcestershire and other seasonings. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add Chardonnay and mushrooms. Cook until shrimp is fully cooked. Serve over linguini with garlic bread.
