ITALIAN-STYLE SHRIMP 
3 tbsp. oil
1 lb. med. shrimp, cleaned
1 green pepper, cut in thin strips
1 med. onion, sliced
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/3 c. white wine
Pasta, cooked

In 2 tablespoons oil, saute shrimp until pink; remove shrimp. Add remaining oil and saute green pepper, onion, mushrooms, and garlic about 6 minutes. Stir in spaghetti sauce and wine. Bring to a boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer 6 minutes. Stir in shrimp. Heat thoroughly. Serve over pasta. Makes 4 servings.
