CHICKEN DIANE 
8 boned chicken breasts
8 slices bacon
4 oz. chipped beef
10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
Almond slivers (optional)

Wrap each breast with a slice of bacon. Cover 8 x 12 inch baking dish with chipped beef. Arrange chicken on top of beef. Blend soup and sour cream and pour over chicken; sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours. Can half chicken but use all of soup and sour cream. Serve with rice.
