SHRIMP ON THE GRILL 
1 lb. fresh shrimp, shelled & deveined
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Using a seafood rack on an outdoor grill, over medium heat, cook the shrimp which has been coated with seasoned butter. Turn and do not over cook (6 to 8 minutes).
