GRILLED SHRIMP 
1-2 lbs. jumbo shrimp

Shrimp - washed, with heads removed, but unpeeled.

Italian salad dressing

In a sturdy plastic bag or a plastic covered container, combine the shrimp and enough Italian salad dressing to generously coat the shrimp. Let marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Remove shrimp from marinade and discard the marinade. Grill or broil with shells on. Serve with copious napkins. They are a bit messy, but grilling with the shells on gives a more flavorful shrimp.
