White cake, baked in sheet pan and cooled
Strawberry Jello, prepared but not chilled
Vanilla pudding
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Fresh raspberries
Whipped cream, prepared
Coconut, optional

Once cake is cooled, pierce entire cake with carving fork, then pour prepared Jello over entire cake. Once Jello has soaked into cake, "ice" cake with vanilla pudding. Mix sliced strawberries with raspberries and arrange on top of pudding (reserve some to garnish with). Chill for 3 hours minimum. "Ice" again with whipped cream and top with coconut and fruit garnish.
