JELLO DELIGHT 
1 (16 oz.) raspberry or strawberry Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) containers frozen raspberries or strawberries with juice
1 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add berries and juice. Pour into bowl you will be serving it in. Refrigerate until set.

Meanwhile, crush pretzels and add 2 tablespoons sugar and melted butter to pretzels. Spread pretzel mixture in 9 x 13 pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F, stirring occasionally while baking. Blend cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and Cool Whip together. Spread on set Jell-O. Cover with baked pretzels.
