MEAT AND TATER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can of mushroom soup
1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
1 can French fried onions
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Crumble ground beef into casserole. (I prefer to pan fry and drain). Cook uncovered on high in microwave for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Stirring once to break up pieces. Drain fat from casserole.

Stir in soups and green beans. Sprinkle with onions and top with Tater Tots. Cover, cook on high for 12 to 13 minutes, or until mixture is hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Cook uncovered on high for 2 - 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
