2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. light brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
24 oz. milk chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) plain Hershey bar, grated
3 c. chopped nuts

Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. In separate bowl combine flour and oatmeal (run oatmeal through blender until it turns to powder). Mix all ingredients together and add chocolates and nuts. Place golf ball sized cookies 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 minutes. Makes 12 dozen.
