MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms & juice
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm. jar pimiento, chopped (reserve juice)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
Bread crumbs

Brown ground beef with onion and pepper. Cook macaroni al dente; drain. Combine soup, mayonnaise, mushroom juice, and pimiento juice. Add mushrooms and pimiento. Place in 3 layers with cheese in the middle. Pour sauce over and top with bread crumbs. Bake in a large casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
