CHEESY VIDALIA ONION CASSEROLE 
5 or 6 onions, sliced
1/2 c. melted butter
Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Paprika

Saute onions. Layer half onions in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with Parmesan, half Ritz crumbs, half cheese crumbs, salt and pepper to taste. Repeat. Spread soup, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and Parmesan and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or microwave on high 6 to 8 minutes, turning twice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
