BAKED HAM & EGG CASSEROLE 
12 slices bread, crust removed, butter one side
2 c. diced ham
3/4 lb. sharp cheese (cheddar)
6 eggs
4 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Place 6 slices bread, buttered side down in 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle ham and cheese over bread. Place other 6 slices of bread on top with buttered side up. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over layers. let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake 55 minutes at 325 degrees. Let stand 10 or 15 minutes before serving. Good for brunch. Serves 8 to 10.
