CHOCOLATE PEANUT CLUSTERS | |
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 2 cups Rice Krispies 1 cup peanuts (unsalted) 1/2 cup raisins (optional) In top of double boiler, melt chocolate chips over boiling water. Stir in milk. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal, peanuts and raisins. Mix until thoroughly coated. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Makes about 2 pounds or 48 pieces. |
