CHOCOLATE PEANUT CLUSTERS | |
4 oz. sweet chocolate, any good brand (I like Nestle's) 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Nestle's Semi-Sweet chocolate bits 1/2 oz. household paraffin wax 1 lb. roasted peanuts Put the wax, chocolate, and chocolate bits in a very heavy sauce pot on stove at very low heat and stir well until all is melted and smooth. Add peanuts and stir well. Spoon the mixture onto wax paper by spoonful - a small spoon for small clusters and a larger spoon for large clusters. Spoon from the bottom up to keep chocolate from settling. Cool several hours or overnight until firm. |
