1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 pkg. powdered whipped topping
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can drained fruit cocktail
3 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine pudding mix, whipped topping mix and milk and beat until thick. Add fruit cocktail and marshmallows. Refrigerate.
