CREAM PUFFS 
4 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. water

Boil water and butter to a rapid boil. Stir in flour (it's hard to stir). Take off stove and beat in eggs until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Keep checking until as brown as you want them.

VARIATIONS FOR SERVING:

Cut in half and fill with whipped cream.

Cut in half and fill with tuna salad, egg salad or chicken salad.

Cut in half and fill with mixture of ground bologna, sweet relish, and salad dressing.
