MOUNTAIN SOUFFLE PANCAKES | |
6 eggs 1 c. milk 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 6 tbsp. butter Mix the eggs, milk, flour and salt together. Melt the butter in an oblong cake pan. Place in the oven at 300 degrees to melt. Pour mixture into the pan after the butter melts. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes, or until slightly browned. Watch it turn into hills and valleys as it cooks. Top with syrup or fruit, if desired. |
