TANGY TRIO 
1 lb. pork cutlets
1 lb. chicken cutlets
1 lb. beef kabobs
1 lg. onion
1 lg. green pepper
2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 c. cherry tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) jar Viva Italian salad dressing
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Slice up pork, chicken, beef into bite size portions. Slice onion, green pepper, mushrooms into bite size portions. Mix all ingredients in bowl including spices; marinate 1 hour in refrigerator. Place in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, stirring frequently. Serve with or over Rice Pilaf.
